These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Krellixlabs website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Krellixlabs ("Krellixlabs," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Krellixlabs offers Free, Plus, and Pro plans.

The Free plan is provided at no cost and may include usage, feature, or support limitations.

Plus and Pro are paid subscription plans.

Krellixlabs does not offer a free trial unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific offer.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, depending on your selected billing cycle) unless canceled before renewal. You can cancel through your account settings or by contacting support at support@krellixlabs.com.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes.

Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable after billing. If Krellixlabs offers discretionary refunds, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the billing date.

You agree not to use the Services to:

Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights.

Engage in harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or interfere with the Services or security controls.

Upload or transmit malware, malicious code, or harmful content.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

Misuse the Services in ways that violate privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights.

We may monitor misuse, investigate violations, and suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms or applicable law.

The Services may include AI-powered features, including features provided in part through third-party AI providers. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated, and may not be suitable for your specific situation.

Krellix does not provide financial, tax, legal, medical, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating outputs and for decisions or actions taken based on information from the Services.

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Services ("Your Content").

You grant Krellixlabs a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display Your Content only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, and to comply with legal obligations.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to submit Your Content and grant the license above.

The Services may rely on third-party providers (for example, xAI for AI processing, Stripe for payments, Supabase for database infrastructure, and Google Analytics for analytics). Your use of third-party services may be subject to those providers' terms and policies. Krellix is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

The Services, including all software, content, design, branding, trademarks, and related intellectual property (excluding Your Content), are owned by Krellixlabs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you by license, transfer, or otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fully accurate at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krellixlabs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Services.

Krellix's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for Krellix in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Krellixlabs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal risk, or harmed other users or the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, except where prohibited by applicable law.
